Westpac are the latest to offer a fixed income investment. Whilst our analysis shows that we would like to see this offered at the upper end of the indicative range of 3.20%-3.40% over the BBSW, we are in no doubt that the issue will be over subscribed at 3.20% over the BBSW (indicative rate of 6.19%-6.39%pa – 01/02/13).

• Broker firm offer – Our allocation through the broker firm offer means investors are more likely to achieve their desired allocation without waiting for the general offer.
